The procurement was for 2 separate contracts.

Norfolk County Council and Hertfordshire County Council had a need to procure station end hardware, installation and support.This procurement is being led by Norfolk County Council on behalf of the two Council's. The winning bidder has been awarded one contract with Norfolk County Council and one with Hertfordshire County Council i.e. this will not be a 3 way contract.
Options: The 2 contracts will be for 3 years from operational go live date. There is the right in each contract for the relevant Council to extend by a further 2 years.
