Repairs and maintenance services to Commercial Boiler Plant, flats with Communal Commercial Boiler Plant and Domestic Heating installations. Additional information: All estimated contract values are exclusive of VAT
Options: The contract will run for a period of two years with the option for renewal, as decided by Southern Housing, by extension of a further one year. The maximum duration of the contract is therefore three years.
