Notice Description
Tenders are sought by Ards and North Down Borough Council for the provision of Grounds Maintenance and Support Services for the Parks and Cemeteries Service area. This contract will be split into 3 lots. Lot 1 - Soft and Hard Landscaping, Weed Control and Grass Cutting. Lot 2 - Coastal clearance and beach cleaning. Lot 3 - Gravedigging.
Lot Information
Lot 1 - Soft and Hard Landscaping, Weed Control and Grass Cutting
Tenders are sought by Ards and North Down Borough Council for the provision of Grounds Maintenance and Support Services for the Parks and Cemeteries Service area. This contract will be split into 3 lots. Lot 1 - Soft and Hard Landscaping, Weed Control and Grass Cutting. Lot 2 - Coastal clearance and beach cleaning. Lot 3 - Gravedigging. Additional information: The contract value for Lot 1 includes all extension options if taken up, and is based in the estimated annual cost.
Options: The contract commenced on 1 July 2024, for an initial period of 12 months. There are 3 further optional extension periods of 12 months each.
Renewal: The anticipated Contract start date is 1 July 2024. The Contract will initially be awarded for a period of one year with an option to extend for a further 3x 12-month periods, to be reviewed annually
