The Authority entered into a contract with Contech International on 01/10/2019 for services in Pakistan following an Open Competition. The contract provided for extensions which were subsequently exercised. A further extension was exercised for the 12 month period to 31/03/2024 with the application of Regulation 72(1)(e). A Contact Modification (CM) has now been executed in accordance with Regulation 72(1)(b) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The CM is for an extension of the contract term of up to six (6) months to 30/09/2024 and an increase in the maximum contract value by PS750,000 (excl. VAT).
