This early engagement notice is for a potential future opportunity to provide facilities management to the Judges Lodgings estate, which is made up of 13 lodgings across England and Wales. The customer for this exercise is seeking one supplier of facilities management services across the estate. The intention is for the contract to be of the length of three years with two optional one-year extensions. The provision is for both hard and soft facilities management services which includes but is not limited to the below: Statutory PPM Mandatory PPM Projects Reactive Maintenance Routine cleaning Reactive cleaning Landscaping services Gritting Gutter clearance Staff Catering Commercial kitchen equipment inc fridges/ovens Waste services Recycling services Chilled potable water Helpdesk services CAFM Contract management Pest Control Fire & intruder alarm monitoring Laundry Window cleaning The procurement will be run through the Crown Commercial Service RM6264 Facilities Management and Workplace Services DPS. All suppliers will need to register onto the DPS. The procurement is intended to start late June 2024 the earliest. We advise interested suppliers to register as soon as possible. If you are interested in becoming a supplier on a Crown Commercial Service RM6264 Facilities Management and Workplace Services DPS. This agreement is used by buyers requiring FM services. If you wish to register as a supplier on the Facilities Management and Workplace Services DPS agreement, please go to DPS Marketplace and click 'bid pack' to download the relevant documents. There is a document entitled 'READ FIRST RM6264 - DPS Needs' which offers an overview of the agreement and the application process. Once you have reviewed the bid pack / terms and conditions that you will need to agree to when you join, you can click the 'access as a supplier' link to complete your application. Potential suppliers should note that HMCTS is not committing to procure or enter into any contract at this stage and all details are subject to change. This is for early engagement only.
