This invitation to tender is on behalf of Newydd Housing Association. This is for properties in South Wales. The works relate to Grounds Maintenance in the Vale and Valleys as per the Schedule (3) and other sites may be added as the Housing Association stock grows. The scope of services for this contract can be found at Schedule 3. Newydd Housing Association is committed to procurement that has the most sustainable impact. We are keen to ensure that the successful Economic Operator works with Newydd to develop viable solutions.

Grounds Maintenance

Renewal: 1+1+1+1+1 years to maximum of ten years
Bulk Refuse CollectionNewydd Housing Association is seeking to commission an experienced & suitable supplier to deliver a general Grounds Maintenance contract and a bulk refuse collection service to meet the aspirations of our Tenants and stakeholders. Newydd Housing Association will hold a virtual market engagement event to understand the level of potential interest that exists in the market, your views about what can be delivered, and timescale for setup. Details of the event will be confirmed in response to expressions of interest on this notice. Deadline for expressions of interest is noon, Monday 10 June 2024. Details of how to join the event will be confirmed in response to expressions of interest. This Teams session will include input from local tenants, the Housing Team and the Social Value Team.
