PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A CONTRACT AWARD NOTICE, NOT A TENDER OPPORTUNITY Carmarthenshire County Council has appointed a contractor to provide Electrical Installation Condition Reporting (EICR) and associated remedial works across its housing-related properties. Please note the value included in each Lot (V2.4) is the total anticipated value of the Contract overall.

Lot 1 Electrical Installation Condition Reporting & Remedial Works (South)
Carmarthenshire County Council has appointed a contractor to provide Electrical Inspection Condition Reporting (EICR) and Remedial Works across its housing-related properties in the southern area of the County.
Renewal: There is an option to extend the contract by up to 2 years in 12-month increments.
