The proposed framework is envisaged to consist of 4 lots covering building and construction works both Principal Contractor (PC) and non-PC work, mechanical and electrical works and station painting. A virtual market engagement event will be held at 2pm on the 20th August via MS Teams which will outline the proposed route to market and lot structure. Following the event, a questionnaire will be issued to gather further feedback. Greater Anglia will be utilising the Rail Industry Supplier Qualification Scheme (RISQS) to undertake supplier selection. During Market engagement, Greater Anglia intends to share the proposed Railway Industry Commodity Classification List (RICCL) codes it will be using. Following market engagement, suppliers wishing to participate in the tender process must be qualified within RISQS for the previously shared RICCL codes and must have the capacity and capability to deliver against the criteria. Greater Anglia reserves the right to not consider suppliers if they have not received their First Audit by the ITT submission date. Suppliers must ensure that their RISQS membership does not lapse during the term of the procurement activity. The Company will remove Suppliers with invalid membership or subcategory codes.",
