Due to the grant funded nature of the project, the contract for services may pause or end after the completion of any RIBA stage. Timespan intends to instruct to RIBA Stage 1 completion initially, with a planned start date for design team appointment for the project late 2024, with completion of the feasibility study in July 2025 and a contract start on site after a fundraising campaign in circa summer 2027.",
