Equipment Based Major Adaptations Framework Agreement
Notice Description
Nottinghamshire County Council procured a Framework Agreement for the provision of equipment based solutions for people with care and support needs in Nottinghamshire (excluding Nottingham City). The Framework is configured in the following lots: Lot 1 - Stairlifts Lot 2 - Ceiling Track Hoists Lot 3 - Through Floor / Vertical Lifts Lot 4 - Step Lifts Lot 5 - Modular Ramps Suppliers under this Framework Agreement will be responsible for the purchasing, installation and warranty of equipment in line with the requirements of the specification. In addition to Nottinghamshire County Council, the Framework Agreement will also be available for use by the following councils: * Ashfield District Council * Bassetlaw District Council * Broxtowe Borough Council * Gedling Borough Council * Mansfield District Council * Newark & Sherwood District Council * Rushcliffe Borough Council The duration of the Framework Agreement is 3 years with the potential to extend for up to a further 2 years, making the maximum potential term of the Framework Agreement 5 years. The estimated value of the Framework Agreement is PS5,000,000 per year, however there is no guaranteed spend.

Step LiftsPurchasing, installation and warranty of step lifts in line with the requirements of the specification.
Options: The duration of the Framework Agreement is 3 years with the potential to extend for up to a further 2 years, making the maximum potential term of the Framework Agreement 5 years.
Modular RampsPurchasing, installation and warranty of modular ramps in line with the requirements of the specification.
Options: Purchasing, installation and warranty of modular ramps in line with the requirements of the specification.
