It is Caledonia Housing Associations' intention to enter into a contract with a main contractor from 1st April 2025 to 31st March 2028 to deliver their routine open space maintenance and associated reactive repair work to hard and soft landscaped areas owned by the Association.
Renewal: Possible 1 + 1 year extension based on Contractor performance.
