The London Borough of Lewisham are looking to procure a suitably experienced Main Contractor to deliver the major, Government Levelling Up funded (LUF) refurbishment of the Council-owned Lewisham Library (199 - 201 Lewisham High St, SE13 6LG) to provide a new flagship Culture and Business Hub. The renovations will include improved library, heritage, and archive spaces; community space; a business hub, meeting rooms and workspaces; and an improved hospitality facility. Planning permission for the proposed works was granted in September 2024.
