    "description": "1) A DRAFT portion of the Invitation to Tender Documents providing Conditions of Contract, Preliminaries, Community Benefit Matrix, Specification and Ayrshire Housing's current procurement strategy has been uploaded to the Portal. This is for information and GUIDANCE ONLY as to the requirements of the contract. Bidders should satisfy themselves that they can fulfil the contract requirements prior to completing the SPD. 2) The question and answer facility will close 7 days prior to the SPD return date. Community benefits are included in this requirement. The Community Benefit requirements are a PASS or FAIL scoring criteria for this tender competition. Bidders should review the matrix before completing the SPD and ensure they can provide the minimum benefit if selected to go through to the tender stage.
