The items listed below represent typical works undertaken, please note this list is not exhaustive and may be subject to amendments * Wood preservative treatments (including removal of wood boring insects) * Injecting chemical Damp Proof Course * Tanking including renewing Damp Proof Membrane * Liquid waterproofing membrane to internal walls and floors * Replacing damp infected plasterboard, skirting and floorboards when affected by the above items
