The proposed contract will be split over multiple lots and will include (but not limited to): Regular grass cutting, garden bed maintenance, shrub/hedge maintenance, Tree Surveys and maintenance, litter picking and debris clearance. The developments covered are all different and may have existing features such as large/small grassed areas, raised planters, woodland and wild areas, hard standing areas. The overall lots are split between 3 Regions within Hanover and are managed by each Regional Area Manager.

South Highlands (North Region)

191 units. Property types include - Sheltered, General Needs & Amenity. Hanover (Scotland) are proposing a renewed Grounds Maintenance contract for all of their homes across Scotland. The proposed contract will be split over multiple lots and works will include(but not limited to): Regular grass cutting, garden bed maintenance, shrub/hedge maintenance, Tree Surveys and maintenance and litter picking and debris clearance. The developments covered are all different and may have existing features such as large/small grassed areas, raised planters, woodland and wild areas, hard standing areas. The final contract will have all the above noted works in the tender documents; however, Hanover reserve the right to limit the scope pending tender value returns.
