The purpose of this Contract is to allow Cadder Housing Association the opportunity to employ a single contractor to carry out reactive repairs, maintenance works and void repairs. Major repairs and capital works will not form part of this contract. An indication of the trades which may be required are: - Electricians - Joiners - Glazing - General Builders - Plumbers - Plasterers/Roughcasting/Ceramic Tilers - Roofers - Painters / Decorators - Fire Alarm Engineers - Controlled Entry & CCTV engineers - Metal Fence Erectors / General Blacksmiths - Cleaning Services - TV & Satellite Aerial Maintenance - Drain Jetting & CCTV Survey Services - Pest Control Services - Carpet Fitting Services This list is not exhaustive. Renewal: The contract may be extended annually for maximum of 24 months subject to satisfactory performance.
