Road Victim Support Services
Notice Description
The Commissioner is seeking to commission a Road Victim Service to provide support to individuals and families bereaved by road collisions. Support is to be offered whether or not a crime has been recorded in a case. A dedicated caseworker should deliver support within the Dyfed Powys and south Wales region, providing case managed care with face-to-face local support for as long as required. A flexible, bilingual service is required to cover the counties of Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion, Pembrokeshire, Powys in Dyfed Powys and Cardiff, Vale of Glamorgan, Swansea, Merthyr, Bridgend, Rhondda Cynon Taf and Neath in South Wales in the first instance.
