Lot 1
A Call-Off Contract on CCS TS 3 Framework RM6100 Lot 3D Application and Data Management. This contract covers the provision of managed services support for all Oracle Fusion modules that have been implemented and will be implemented as part of the OIP Programme, including all reports and custom components associated with these modules.
Options: There is a provision for an allowable 6 months extension in the Call-Off Contract
Procurement Information
The Council does not have the capacity and specialist technical skills to provide the required support in-house. This support is time and business-critical. It impacts business continuity, the Council's ability to effect timely payment to staff and suppliers, and the collection of income and management of the Council's finances.
