Notice Description
Maintenance and Performance Monitoring of Combined Heat and Power Units in various occupied operational council properties located within the geographical boundaries of the East Riding of Yorkshire. The East Riding of Yorkshire Council owns or controls 7 Gas Fired Combined Heat and Power Units of various output capabilities within its buildings throughout the County. The contract scope of work includes the initial inspection and servicing of each plant; the supply of a logbook; provision of a 24/7 remote monitoring service; carrying out of periodic inspection; reactive maintenance; consequential and emergency repairs and the provision of a 24/7 call out service for emergency response to attend at any applicable location in the East Riding of Yorkshire within the prescribed times.
