The project is for the provision of Compliance Certification and Remedial Works in respect of, but not limited to: * Domestic Gas Fired heating appliances and central heating and water heating installations. * Communal/Commercial Gas Fired heating appliances and central heating and water heating installations. * Domestic Oil Fired heating appliances and central heating and water heating installations. * Communal/Commercial Oil Fired heating appliances and central heating and water heating installations. * Microgeneration Installations. * Domestic and Communal Electrical Installations. * Life and Property Protection Installations (Fire Alarms, Emergency Lighting, Disabled Refuge Alarms, Automatic Smoke Vents etc). * Asbestos Surveys and Remediation Works. * Water Hygiene including Legionnella assessments. * Lifting Equipment (Passenger Lifts, Stairlifts Platform Lifts and Fall Arrest Systems). * Environmental Installations. * Energy performance certification.
