    "description": "The value provided in Section II.1.5) is only an estimate. The National Wealth Fund (NWF) cannot guarantee to suppliers any business through this DPS. This procurement offering does not guarantee any minimum spend and there will be no form of exclusivity or volume guarantee under this DPS. NWF expressly reserves the right:<br/><br/>(i) not to appoint any suppliers as a result of the procurement process commenced by publication of this notice; and<br/>(ii) to make whatever changes it may see fit to the content and structure of the DPS Application process; and in no circumstances will the NWF be liable for any costs incurred by interested suppliers.<br/>The start date provided in Section II.2.7 is only an estimate, is subject to change and thus the DPS may start earlier or later. Applicants will be kept informed.<br/><br/>Buyers may enter into a contract with a supplier under the DPS for a period of their determining which may exceed the validity period of this DPS. The flexibility of the contracting period allows Buyers to determine appropriate contracting timelines required to enable the supplier to meet their needs.<br/><br/>lnterested suppliers will be able to view the DPS Application Pack via the live opportunities list on NWF's e-procurement system, Atamis.                 "description": "It is proposed through this procurement to establish a DPS to provide a tool for the selection and appointment of independent advisors to provide expert advice and assurance. This DPS is intended to replace the existing C0545 Expert Advice Services DPS from the point that the agreement goes live as an equivalent version 2.<br/><br/>NWF requires expert advice and assurance services on its investment into companies relating to green transport, critical minerals, clean energy and grid, water, waste, carbon capture and storage, battery storage and gigafactories, and digital infrastructure amongst other sectors. Independent advisors will provide advice and assurance on topics including the background of the sponsor and counterparties, physical and financial suitability of the project, technology, and the market it operates in.<br/><br/>The outputs of the Services will predominantly be in the form of written reports and/or presentations. This will likely include the provision of red flag reviews, intended to act as initial screening tools to identify aspects of the asset or project that require detailed due diligence focus in subsequent stages, or present critical risks to the project.<br/><br/>The purpose of the DPS is to establish an efficient contracting route, through further competition, for the appointment of suitably qualified Members for projects requiring expert advice and assurance services in one or more Service Categories, and in respect of one or more Industry Sectors.<br/><br/>The relevant Service Categories and Industry Sectors are as set out in the procurement documents.<br/><br/>The Industry Sectors which NWF is working in may change over time, and NWF therefore reserves the right to add additional Industry Sectors to the DPS during the term of the DPS.",
