The properties below are considered the Affected Property and are considered in Scope for this Contract, including gardens and grounds on and around sites and buildings with protected status: The Horniman Museum and Gardens; and Study Collection Centre (SCC). The duration of the contract will be 3 years from the 7th October 2025, with the option to extend it by 1 year, plus 1 year
