Companies that can offer cutting-edge technology to enhance the lives of local residents are encouraged to engage. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and voluntary, community, and social enterprises (VCSEs) are especially well-suited to compete in this process, which seeks to broaden the standard telecare approach and support the community's health and independence.
