Notice Description

Leicester City Council invites tenders from suitably qualified Suppliers for the exhibition design and fit out of multiple galleries at LMAG is an integral part of the Voices of Leicester project (funded by The National Lottery Heritage Fund). The Voices of Leicester project represents the final stage in the master plan for LMAG, enabling the museum to be transformed into a modern and exciting visitor attraction for the people of Leicester.

Planning Information

Leicester City Council wishes to inform the market of its forthcoming procurement for LMAG Voices of Leicester Exhibition Design and Fit Out within the city of Leicester. We have recently undertaken a very similar procurement (PAN3054) - the design and fit out of art galleries at Leicester Museum and Art Gallery. This was a very successful tender process which resulted in a good appointment. It reassured us that suppliers are comfortable with a two-stage contract, and that there is a good level of interest in this type of opportunity therefore we have not undertaken any preliminary market engagement for this tender. No input was sought and none was received from any Suppliers with regard to the specification within the forthcoming Tender.
