Dylai'r rhaglen hon feithrin uchelgais, hunangred, ac ysgogiad, gan rymuso unigolion i oresgyn heriau personol a chymryd rheolaeth o'u bywydau. Bydd y contract am gyfnod o 3 blynedd ac mae gwybodaeth TUPE wedi ei chynnwys yn y pecyn tendro.
