The service has a variety of fencing infrastructure across the borough, including but not limited to playground fencing, parks boundary/feature fencing, bollards, gates, cemetery fencing and allotment fencing. The anticipated budget per annum is PS150k. Ealing Council is interested is gauging interest from companies to determine the how best to structure the contract(s) This Pre Market engagement brief and accompanying questionnaire, pertains to the future contract. We would like to explore whether there is interest in the market to split the contract into smaller lots and how these lots could be developed so as to allow SMEs to bid with their specialities in mind or smaller geographical area. Splitting into smaller lots would still allow bidders to tender for one or more Lots and one bidder could win all lots if they scored highest on all lots.
