This is for a Preliminary market engagement (PME) where the tender documentation is not yet available. ESPO are conducting a scoping exercise with the intention of establishing a framework for property, building, and infrastructure advice and management services including, but not limited to, project management, energy management, cost management, construction consultancy services, and general or technical building/construction advice.
