ESPO national framework offering Property, Building and Infrastructure Advice & Management Services including but not limited to Project Management, Energy Management, Cost Management, Construction Consultancy Services and General Technical Advice. The Framework is divided into 8 Regional lots. Lot Information
North of England
The consultant will be responsible for the management of all supporting consultancy services identified below, in addition to its duties. Providing of standard services. * Project Manager * Employers Agent * Act as Lead Consultant for the Multi-Disciplinary team. In addition to the above supporting technical services expected under the PM instruction include: * Sustainability and Energy Strategies * MEP Strategy - including ventilation, air quality, over heating and cooling * Structural and Civil Engineering Strategies * Building and Estate Management Strategies * Transport Strategy - highways including stopping up proposals, parking, access, egress and new connection proposals * Landscaping Strategy - including security, green spaces, open spaces, public realm, external event space, infrastructure, drainage, play and exercise spaces * Sunlight/Daylight and Rights of Light * Servicing Strategy * Fire Strategy * Acoustic Strategy Additional information: This award was competed via conducting a further competition under the ESPO Property, Building and Infrastructure Advice and Management Services Framework.
Renewal: The framework agreement has the option to extend for up to a further 24 months (under normal circumstances this will be completed in full, or potentially in 12-month periods, and is subject to the performance of the framework). The total estimated values captured in this notice include the option to extend the framework as noted above.
MidlandsA wide range of services and associated services for property, building and infrastructure advice and management (Midlands).
Renewal: The framework agreement has the option to extend for up to a further 24 months (under normal circumstances this will be completed in full, or potentially in 12-month periods, and is subject to the performance of the framework). The total estimated values captured in this notice include the option to extend the framework as noted above.
East of EnglandA wide range of services and associated services for property, building and infrastructure advice and management (East of England).

Planning Information
Suppliers have been engaged with via a Request for Information (RFI) survey exercise. The aims of this engagement: • To identify potential providers in the market • To obtain views on the procurement process to be used • To assess the market's capacity to meet ESPO's requirements • To assess any changes to the market • To identify any potential risks or challenges in the market • To determine whether localised Social Value can and will be offered by suppliers • To ensure the market is prepared for carbon reduction plans to be included as a condition of participation for the procurement • To determine the suitability of regional coverage on the framework • To assess any other aspects or requirements that we become aware of following the customer engagement For the purposes of this Preliminary market engagement (PME), please express your interest as follows: (a) Go to https://www.eastmidstenders.org/; (b) Register (if not already registered on ProContract); (c) Search for tender opportunity '2664_26' (via "View Opportunities" from the EastMidsTenders Portal); d) Express an interest. Please access the Messages area/section of the eProcurement Portal (ProContract / EastMidsTenders - Messages can be accessed via the Activity dashboard once an Expression of interest has been completed) for any further communications on this preliminary market engagement, including the RFI documentation (the deadline for return has now passed). In the case of any questions or clarifications relating to this PME, these should also be submitted to ESPO as a Message on the eProcurement Portal (again once an Expression of interest has been completed). Suppliers should note that this is a preliminary market engagement exercise (and NOT a competitive tender process at this stage). The participation of a supplier in this preliminary market engagement will not constitute any contractual agreement between the respondent and ESPO. It is anticipated that Suppliers taking part in the preliminary market engagement will not be put at an unfair advantage when bidding for this framework. A supplier's participation, or lack of participation, shall not impact the ability of the supplier to participate in any resulting tender exercise. Suppliers should note that any interest indicated does not constitute a commitment to participate in any future tendering exercise.
