Notice Description
This project is for the refurbishment of kitchens and/or bathrooms within the Authority's housing stock. This is a supply and fit contract. Management areas of Beaumont Leys, Central, and New Parks

The contractor shall use materials as listed within our tender documentation. The Supplier will work alongside the Council's internal contractor in delivering this project Loting Structure: The requirements have been split into the following Lots * Lot A - Management areas of Beaumont Leys, Central, and New Parks.

Interested suppliers are invited to complete a short questionnaire in relation to this project. The current contract comes to an end in December 2025 and the Council is currently preparing to advertise a tender to replace it.
