Notice Description
The ability to maintain stock to meet Decent Homes and to meet Housing Health and Safety Rating System would be unachievable. The refurbishment programme for kitchens and bathrooms is required to upgrade the stock to meet standards. The contract is required to supplement LCC DSO in bringing voids kitchens and bathrooms to meet standards before re-letting, a lack of contract would impact the length of time to return voids to let.

Leicester City Council ('the Council') would like to seek views and engagement from the market in relation to this provision.
