Responsive Repairs - Public Buildings
Notice Description
The Authority has a requirement to carry out day to day responsive repairs and maintenance to Council buildings. The services shall include, but is not limited to: * General plumbing repairs * Joinery work * Electrical works * Glazing repairs * Roofing repairs * Painting and decorating * Plastering and wet trades * General building maintenance and repairs * Other associated and similar general repair and maintenance activities including the provision of support and advice if required.
