Notice Description

The Council wishes to hear from organisations willing to share information about their approach to assist the Council to migrate from its current SAP S4/Hana and BW/4 On- Premise system hosted in Microsoft Azure to SAP Private Cloud (RISE) in order to: * Explore how the options could be delivered and supplied, including timescales; * Consider likely costs; and * Determine the most effective way of packaging and scoping its requirements for any future procurement opportunity.

Suppliers will need to be registered on the Council's electronic tendering system in order to access the documents and submit a response: https://procontract.due-north.com/Procurer/Advert/AdvertSummary?projectId=eb2baf95-a74a-f011-8138-005056b64545&projectStepId=ef2baf95-a74a-f011-8138-005056b64545 This exercise will be undertaken with interested suppliers through a written response. There will also be a limited opportunity for suppliers to attend a Supplier Day Session to present to the Council. The Council will then review the information provided and seek clarification if required. Written responses should be submitted through the Council's electronic tendering system by 10.00am on Monday 7th July 2025. Requests for Supplier Day sessions should be submitted through the messaging feature of the Council's electronic tendering system as soon as possible as slots will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
