Notice Description
YPO are looking for Suppliers to be appointed onto a Framework Agreement following a Competitive Tendering Procedure for the supply of Winter Maintenance Products and Services to the public sector. This Framework is designed to meet the needs of YPO and Other Contracting Authorities.
Lot Information
Brown Rock Salt 6mm or 10mm minimum 27 tonne deliveries
The supply of Brown Rock Salt in 6mm and 10mm Agricultural BY-Product Additives in delivery sizes of 20 tonne at a minimum
White Rock or Marine Salt minimum 27 tonne deliveriesThe supply of White De-Icing Salt in varying delivery quantities: 10 tonne Delivery via Standard Tipper OR Rigid vehicle: 20 tonne Delivery via Standard Tipper OR Rigid vehicle: 28 tonne Delivery via Standard Tipper
Salt Domes & BarnsThe successful suppliers will design, supply, install, and maintain salt storage building systems such as but not limited to: * Domes * Barns * Sheds Scope of Service: Suppliers must provide turnkey solutions, including site preparation, structural installation, and ongoing maintenance where required. Suppliers must ensure compliance with building regulations, structural integrity standards, and health & safety requirements.
Supply, Installation and Maintenance of SaturatorsThe supply and installation of liquid holding tanks; Training of Operators; Repairs to Saturators and the servicing and Maintenance of Saturators
Winter Gritting, Snow Clearance and Grounds Maintenance ServicesThe successful suppliers will work with YPO to develop their best offering for the educational, healthcare, local authority, and wider public sector customer base. Suppliers must be able to provide a minimum of 66% of the following services as a mandatory requirement: * Snow Clearing Services (including Labour and Vehicles) * Gritting Services * Grounds Maintenance Services * Tree Maintenance Services * Daily Electronic Reporting Flexibility of Service Delivery: * Suppliers must offer options for full-service provision (labour and vehicles) and labour-only provision where councils or customers provide their own vehicles but require qualified operatives to drive them.
Sheeting - Supply, Installation and Site Management ServicesThe supply and installation of sheeting for salt piles alongside site management of salt piles.

"description": "The mechanism for Supplier selection for an Award Without Competition by OCAs or YPO will be as follows: For Lots 1, 2 and 3, which are designated as single-supplier Lots, the objective mechanism for Award Without Competition shall be as follows, Suppliers will be ranked strictly according to their final total score achieved during the initial Framework evaluation for the relevant Lot. The Supplier appointed to each Lot will therefore be the highest-scoring Tenderer for that Lot at Framework award stage. Accordingly, where YPO or an Other Contracting Authority wishes to place a Call-Off Contract under Lots 1-3 without re-opening competition, the Supplier holding first place (highest score) for that Lot shall be selected, provided they are able to meet the specific requirements of the Call-Off Contract. For lots 7-10, only one supplier will awarded per line, therefore the. Objective mechanism for these lots will be based on awarding without competition to the sole provider of a specific line within these lots. For an Award Without Competition, a mechanism for determining price payable will be as follows: tender responses to the pricing schedules For Competitive Selection Process, the mechanism for determining price payable will be described in the Contracting Authority's call-off documentation."
