            "statusDetails": "Due to issues that emerged during the procurement process - specifically concerning the wording of a section of the Framework Agreement related to the call-off procedure - we have concluded, following detailed clarifications, that the language used was open to multiple interpretations. This ambiguity has created uncertainty around how the framework would operate in practice. As a result, we believe the procurement process can no longer deliver the outcomes required by us and our customers, who rely on the framework being clear, robust, and free from contention once awarded. Accordingly, we have decided to cancel the current procurement procedure, as permitted under the terms of the Invitation to Tender, and will not be making any contract awards in relation to: * LOT-0001.
