Notice Description
Notification of award of a framework to onboard service providers who will facilitate Public Health Wales' requirement to create high-quality visual assets that align with their brand identity, marketing strategies, and communication goals.
Lot Information
Lot 1 - Design of Visual Assets
To create and deliver high-quality visual assets, including but not limited to PDF templates, report and document templates, branded presentation materials, logos, brochures, flyers, social media graphics, posters, banners, other promotional materials and website visuals. The deliverables must be flexible, customisable, and adhere to our brand guidelines, ensuring clear communication, accessibility, and consistency across all visual materials.
Renewal: An extension of one year is available for the contracting Trust.
Lot 2 - Short Animations and Video ContentThe suppliers for Lot 2 will be responsible for the development of engaging animation and video content, which may include explainer videos, motion graphics, animated infographics, and branded video content for various platforms. Deliverables should effectively convey key messages, align with our brand identity, Welsh language and accessibility standards, and be optimised for different distribution channels, while ensuring high-quality audio and visual standards.
Renewal: A one year extension is optional for the contracting Trust.

"description": "Commercial criteria has been agreed during the tender process, with day and half-day rates provided as part of each bidder's commercial submission. Call-off Process - Direct Award On this framework Public Health Wales are able to direct award to a supplier of their choice without competition for pieces of work below PS10,000. The choice to use a supplier will be based on their original framework commercial and technical submissions. The Trust will use supplier's framework submissions to determine the most suitable supplier for direct award. Procurement, together with heads of division at PHW, will monitor the use of the framework to ensure a fair distribution of work. Please confirm the email address for direct awards. Mini Competition process The Trust may run a mini competition amongst the framework suppliers for work over PS10,000 but under PS25,000. Mini competition submissions will consist of a one-page proposal and confirmation of how many days the work will take. All suitable suppliers within the relevant lot will be invited to submit a bid for this work. Please confirm the email address for mini competition invitations. The suppliers submitted framework rates will then be used to determine the basis of the cost for their proposal. Suppliers can offer a discount on the tendered rates as part of their submission for a mini competition. Bids for mini competitions will be assessed on a 50% proposal and 50% cost basis. N.B. Any work over PS25,000 will be subject to a separate open tender and will not be in the scope of this framework."
