Notice Title

Asbestos Risk Management System

Notice Description

Network Rail (NR) is seeking to partner with a supplier to deliver a modernised Asbestos Risk Management solution. This initiative forms part of NR's broader drive to digitise asset management processes and ensure full compliance with asbestos-related legislation. The current Asbestos Risks Management System (ARMS) database holds only survey reports and lacks true register functionality. This results in fragmented, out-of-date data and limited integration with other NR systems. NR is looking to procure a full end-to-end system, as existing platforms do not cover those areas. The focus is on a purpose-built SaaS solution to manage asbestos registers, risk assessments, remediation workflows, and reporting in a single, integrated environment.
