Notice Description

Anglian Water intends to procure and implement a modern, scalable, cloud-based Asset Investment Planning and Management (AIPM) system delivered as a SaaS solution. The system must enable optimised, risk-informed investment decisions across the asset base and support long-term planning (up to 50 years), cost-benefit optimisation, emergent risk management, cost capture and modelling, and cost estimation. It should integrate seamlessly with existing digital architecture, improve transparency, regulatory compliance, and deliver whole-life value from asset investments while remaining adaptable to emerging risks and business priorities. The anticipated contract term is 10 years from implementation, with an estimated value of PS8,000,000.

Options: Anglian Water reserves the right to procure additional services and / or software from the selected Bidder which it offers either now or in the future which may either replace the procured software (for example through an alternative licensing model) or is considered to be reasonably ancillary to the software/services being procured (which shall include without limitation cost and risk related modules / functionality).

Renewal: Anglian Water is looking to award a contract to one Bidder to deliver the requirements an initial 3 year with the ability to extend for further periods of one year each or for any alternative periods and not expiring later than 10 years from the "Go Live" date.
