Notice Description
All the suppliers listed on the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Technology Products and Associated Services 2 Framework RM6098 Lot 3 Software were invited to tender for the Council's unified Microsoft Enterprise Licensing Agreement & Azure Cloud Storage Services for a term contract of 3 years from the 1st of July 2025 to 30th of June 2028.

Lot 1
Vary the existing Microsoft Enterprise Licensing Agreement contract on the following basis: * Upgrade Microsoft E3 licences to Microsoft E5 licences using Microsoft's E5 Ramp Up model. * Extend the contract by 12 months from 1 July 2028 to 30 June 2029. * Increase the contract value by PS2,510,000 excluding VAT. * Increase the aggregate contract value from PS5,754,292.88 to PS8,264,292.88.
