Notice Description
Salvation Army Homes are looking to procure Contractors for the delivery of their Domestic and Commercial Electrical Services Contracts. The opportunity is split into eight geographic Lots. Full details of the required services are included within the procurement documents. The estimated annual contract value does not take into account annual indexation considerations or VAT. It is intended that the contract will run for a period of three years with the option for renewal, as decided by Salvation Army Homes, for an extension of up to a further two years, followed by another two years, subject to satisfactory reviews. The maximum duration of the contract is therefore seven years. The contract value in this notice is therefore subject to review and is not guaranteed, as this is based upon the maximum term.
Lot Information
South West
Domestic and Commercial Electrical Services Contract for South West region.
Renewal: It is intended that the Contract will run for a period of three years with the option for renewal, as decided by Salvation Army Homes, for an extension of up to a further two years, and then an additional two years, subject to satisfactory reviews based upon performance and quality of service and delivery. The maximum duration of the Contracts is therefore seven years.
WestDomestic and Commercial Electrical Services Contract for West region.
Renewal: It is intended that the Contract will run for a period of three years with the option for renewal, as decided by Salvation Army Homes, for an extension of up to a further two years, and then an additional two years, subject to satisfactory reviews based upon performance and quality of service and delivery. The maximum duration of the Contracts is therefore seven years.
SouthDomestic and Commercial Electrical Services Contract for South region.

Planning Information
SAH have issued a Questionnaire with this Notice requesting the market to confirm if the various workstream and regional based contracts will be of interest. A deadline for responses has been set as 29th August 2025. Furthermore two face to face market engagement events will take place at SAH's offices. The first will be at 1pm on Tuesday 9th September in Bolton. The second will be at 11am on Thursday 11th September in London. The questionnaire issued with this Notice requests Suppliers to confirm if they propose to attend one of the events. The location of the events will be SAH's offices in Bolton, which is The Square, 53-55 Victoria Street, Bolton, BL1 1RZ and London, which is William Booth College, Champion Park, London, SE5 8BQ. With the above in mind, SAH would be grateful if you could confirm your interest and whether you intend to attend one of the events by no later than mid-day on Friday 29th August.
