Bio-Rad equipment is fully interchangeable with existing in-service laboratory systems, ensuring seamless integration without disrupting clinical workflows or requiring revalidation Bio-Rad Laboratories is the sole manufacturer and distributor of the identified centrifuge and heads. This procurement aligns with Procurement Act 2023 provisions for single-source supply where no alternative exists. Procurement Act 2023, Paragraph 7, Condition 41, Schedule 5: Direct award justified if change in supplier causes incompatibility or technical difficulties.
