Interested parties are encouraged to submit their insights by 15th October 2025. This initiative, significant for its sustainability and social value emphasis, utilizes a framework agreement and highlights a projected contract value of up to £120 million, to be initiated post-2027 following the expiration of the existing framework.

This proposed procurement presents numerous growth opportunities for businesses specialising in healthcare technology, medical devices, software solutions, and remote monitoring services. With the potential for both SMEs and VCSEs to compete, the framework encourages innovation and delivers substantial value by aligning with national priorities and the evolving capabilities of the market. Businesses adept in developing medical software, monitoring systems, and alarm solutions will be especially well-suited to engage with this substantial procurement opportunity that seeks to integrate technology with care services, thus fostering enhanced patient independence and more proactive care models.
