Summary of the contracting process

Wandle Housing Association Limited, a sub-central government public authority, is planning a procurement process focused on Fire Servicing and Repairs, slated to formally open in early 2026. This initiative, which falls under the services category, is currently at the planning stage. It aims to address the maintenance needs of 780 properties, inclusive of fire safety systems, lightning protection, and emergency lighting, within regions UKI and UKJ, United Kingdom. The process will consider the inclusion of solar panels and new fire safety system designs. An invitation for suppliers to provide their input remains open until 4 September 2025, to guide the final tender documentation and approach.

This prospective tender presents considerable opportunities for businesses engaged in repair and maintenance services, as well as those specialising in fire prevention. Companies that can offer comprehensive solutions, potentially including solar panel servicing and innovative fire safety system designs, will find this an attractive opportunity. Additionally, businesses providing strategic advice on project structuring, such as the pros and cons of a lotted approach, could position themselves advantageously. Overall, this tender seeks well-suited businesses aiming for robust growth in the public sector facilities management segment.
