Notice Description
There are 14 separate Insurance Polices required and so this tender is divided into 14 Lots, namely: LOT NO. 1 - COMBINED LIABILITY INSURANCE LOT NO. 2 - EXCESS LAYER PUBLIC & PRODUCTS LIABILITY 1ST LAYER INSURANCE LOT NO. 3 - EXCESS LAYER PUBLIC & PRODUCTS LIABILITY 2ND LAYER INSURANCE LOT NO. 4 - EXCESS LAYER PUBLIC & PRODCUTS LIABILITY 3RD LAYER INSURANCE LOT NO. 5 - MOTOR FLEET INSURANCE LOT NO. 6 - PROPERTY INSURANCE LOT NO. 7 - ENGINEERING & INSPECTION INSURANCE LOT NO. 8 - BUSINESS INTERRUPTION INSURANCE LOT NO. 9 - PERSONAL ACCIDENT & TRAVEL INSURANCE LOT NO. 10 - COMPUTER INSURANCE LOT NO. 11 - TERRORISM INSURANCE LOT NO. 12 - CRIME INSURANCE LOT NO. 13 - PROFESSIONAL INDEMNITY INSURANCE LOT NO. 14 - CYBER INSURANCE

COMBINED LIABILITY INSURANCE
As outlined in Insurance Tender Summary document.
Renewal: Whilst the initial term for each Policy will be a 12 month period, consideration may be given to those Providers that can offer a suitable longer term arrangement.
EXCESS LAYER PUBLIC & PRODUCTS LIABILITY 1ST LAYER INSURANCEExcess Layer Public/Products liability (1st layer) insurance to follow the Primary Insurer
Renewal: Whilst the initial term for each Policy will be a 12 month period, consideration may be given to those Providers that can offer a suitable longer term arrangement.
EXCESS LAYER PUBLIC & PRODUCTS LIABILITY 2ND LAYER INSURANCEExcess Layer Public & Products Liability (2nd Layer) insurance to follow the Underlying Insurer
Renewal: Whilst the initial term for each Policy will be a 12 month period, consideration may be given to those Providers that can offer a suitable longer term arrangement.
EXCESS LAYER PUBLIC & PRODCUTS LIABILITY 3RD LAYER INSURANCEExcess Layer Public & Products Liability (3rd Layer) insurance to follow the Underlying Insurer

MOTOR FLEET INSURANCEComprehensive Cover. Business use of the Policyholder, Social Domestic & Pleasure and Carriage of Own Goods. For any authorised driver with the permission of the policyholder. Approximately 90 vehicles - both cars and LCV.
Renewal: Whilst the initial term for each Policy will be a 12 month period, consideration may be given to those Providers that can offer a suitable longer term arrangement.
PROPERTY INSURANCEInsurance cover in respect of Property and asociated costs.
Renewal: Whilst the initial term for each Policy will be a 12 month period, consideration may be given to those Providers that can offer a suitable longer term arrangement.
ENGINEERING & INSPECTION INSURANCEOffice Passenger Lifts - Engineering Inspection Service.
Renewal: Whilst the initial term for each Policy will be a 12 month period, consideration may be given to those Providers that can offer a suitable longer term arrangement.
BUSINESS INTERRUPTION INSURANCETo indemnify the Insured for the business interruption following physical loss or physical damage to the property both onshore and offshore providing such physical loss or physical damage would be insured under Section 1 if the insured owned such property.
Renewal: Whilst the initial term for each Policy will be a 12 month period, consideration may be given to those Providers that can offer a suitable longer term arrangement.
PERSONAL ACCIDENT & TRAVEL INSURANCEInsured Persons: All Directors & Employees of the insured, resident in the UK. Journey Description: Extended Business travel outside of Country of Domicile (Any trip in connection with the Business outside of the Country of Domicile including days that are added by the Insured Person for personal reasons)
Renewal: Whilst the initial term for each Policy will be a 12 month period, consideration may be given to those Providers that can offer a suitable longer term arrangement.
COMPUTER INSURANCEInsurance in relation to damage to computer hardware etc.
Renewal: Whilst the initial term for each Policy will be a 12 month period, consideration may be given to those Providers that can offer a suitable longer term arrangement.
TERRORISM INSURANCEInsurance in relation to a terrorist-related event.
Renewal: Whilst the initial term for each Policy will be a 12 month period, consideration may be given to those Providers that can offer a suitable longer term arrangement.
CRIME INSURANCEInsurance cover in connection with criminal events.
Renewal: Whilst the initial term for each Policy will be a 12 month period, consideration may be given to those Providers that can offer a suitable longer term arrangement.
PROFESSIONAL INDEMNITY INSURANCEProfessional Indemnity Insurance for Downstream Engineering area of the Group (Phoenix Energy Services Ltd only).
Renewal: Whilst the initial term for each Policy will be a 12 month period, consideration may be given to those Providers that can offer a suitable longer term arrangement.
CYBER INSURANCEInsurance cover in relation to a cyber-related incident.
