Liverpool City Council sought a social housing allocation system for use by Liverpool City Council, Halton Borough Council, Knowsley Council, Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council and Wirral Council. The proposed contract will be for five years, following an implementation phase, with options to extend by a further four years commencing in October 2026.
