Beyond Housing are seeking service providers to carry out grounds maintenance services. The services include: * Routine Grass Cutting * Shrub & hedge beds/maintenance * Wetland and Water courses * Formal areas * Naturalised areas * Invasive weed control (i.e. Japanese knot weed) * Garage sites weed control * Hedge reduction * Paths and curb edging * Herbaceous control * Hard shrub pruning * Compulsory Gardens (select number of residential property gardens in the Redcar area - Lot 1) * Banks * Block maintenance This contract will be divided into 3 lots, with the intend of awarding one bidder per lot.
