Grounds Maintenance Services
Notice Description
Beyond Housing are seeking service providers to carry out grounds maintenance services. The services include: * Routine Grass Cutting * Shrub & hedge beds/maintenance * Wetland and Water courses * Formal areas * Naturalised areas * Invasive weed control (i.e. Japanese knot weed) * Garage sites weed control * Hedge reduction * Paths and curb edging * Herbaceous control * Hard shrub pruning * Compulsory Gardens (select number of residential property gardens in the Redcar area - Lot 1) * Banks * Block maintenance This contract will be divided into 3 lots, with the intend of awarding one bidder per lot. Lot 1 North Lot 2 Whitby Lot 3 South Bidders can only bid on one lot. Further detail can be found in the ITT documents.

Planning Information
Beyond Housing are conducting a market engagement survey to gain insight from contractors on current practices, preferred contract structures, additional services and contract mobilisation expectations. Contractors are able to engage in the pre-market engagement by completing the Beyond Housing Market Research form which is located on the Intend system - https://in-tendhost.co.uk/beyondhousing/ The deadline for returns is 16 October 2025.
