Lot Information

King George V Playing Field & Meadow

Grass mowing services of sports pitches, playgrounds and meadow as per the Schedule and Plan.

Renewal: There is an option to extend the contract for a further year at the sole discretion of the council.

Churchyard and Cemetery

Grass mowing services of cemetery and churchyard, as per the Schedule and Plan. Arisings to be collected. Remove and dispose of material from 2x green waste areas annually.

Renewal: There is an option to extend the contract for a further year at the sole discretion of the council.

Westwoods Centre / Ward Road

Grass mowing services of lawns to front and side of community centre building and playground, as per the Schedule and Plan. Trim hedges once per year in winter (see Plan). Chemical control of weeds and moss on hard surfaces including car park, rear patio and pathways.

Renewal: There is an option to extend the contract for a further year at the sole discretion of the council.

Verges & War Memorial

Grass mowing services of highway verges, amenity land, and the War Memorial, as per the Schedule and Plan.

Grassland

Certain verge areas managed for biodiversity are to be cut and the arisings removed in the second half of July and September.
