works includes, but is not limited to: * Design, fabrication, and installation of a new entrance archway, creating a welcoming and distinctive focal point for the site. * Refurbishment of the existing toilet block, including internal and external upgrades to improve functionality, safety, and accessibility. * Removal of existing bollards and installation of new bollards, improving site access control and public safety.
