Notice Description
City of Wolverhampton Council (CWC) is seeking to engage with the market in preparation for the upcoming procurement of the Urgent Reactive Building Repair contract. The contract would act as the first port of call for any critical, responsive repairs required across the Council's asset portfolio. The contractor may be required to make the area safe, such as providing a temporary repair or rectification, whilst larger works are planned via a separate framework, which is due to be tendered in 2026. We are inviting interested suppliers to attend a Market Warming Session aimed at introducing the scope of the opportunity, outlining our expectations, and gathering valuable feedback to help shape the final procurement approach.
