Atmospheric Monitoring Devices - NHS Resilience Emergency Capabilities Unit
Notice Description
London Ambulance Service on behalf of the NHS Resilience Emergency Capabilities Unit would like to appoint suppliers onto a framework for the provision of Atmospheric Monitoring Equipment. The framework will enable named Contracting Authorities to procure Atmospheric Monitoring Equipment and associated services. The framework will be divided into lots: Lot 1: Portable Single Gas Detectors Lot 2: Portable Multi Gas Detectors Lot 3: Area Monitors Each lot will encompass ongoing product support throughout the contract term, including requirements for routine servicing, maintenance, calibration, and software for data collection and analysis. The anticipation is to have a single supplier per lot. However, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to divert to a secondary supplier. The framework will be hosted by London Ambulance Service NHS Trust on behalf of the other named authorities.

Planning Information
The NHS Emergency Capabilities Unit (ECU) is initiating a pre-market engagement process with suppliers and manufacturers to support the development of a comprehensive specification for atmospheric monitoring devices. These devices will be deployed within Ambulance Services across England. Your feedback will help us: • Refine and clarify technical and operational requirements • Identify opportunities for innovation • Understand potential challenges and barriers • Facilitate open and transparent dialogue with the market A questionnaire published requires short, factual responses which will assist with information gathering for the development of the requirements and the specification
