Renewal: Ideally the contract will not over run as we have a day nursery on site and wish to minimise any disruption to them. Council would prefer the major works period to be as short as possible with any over run simply for work which is minimally disruptive of our hall users.

The document also includes a corrected telephone number which is 01344 771251 for the office and a corrected email address for the Project Officer is contractors need to book a tour or clarify any aspects of the tender.
