Notice Description
A fully comprehensive lift maintenance and service across Vico Homes' assets (56 lifts at present). The Employer's objectives are to maintain a high level of reliability and availability of its units by operating a system of planned preventative maintenance with response to call outs and call backs/breakdowns maintained at agreed performance levels.

This market engagement is related to the re-procurement of Vico's Lift Maintenance and Servicing contract. This will be published on: 5th December 2025. The Start date for the contract is envisaged to be 1st June 2026. Engagement is to gauge interest in this procurement, including whether response times can be met for both entrapment and breakdowns.
