Lot Information
Minor and Reactive Maintenance
Dropped crossings (batch delivery), drainage works (routine and urgent), traffic calming, reactive patching and safety works. Typical project values: PS10k-PS250k.
Preventive MaintenanceSurface dressing (PS750k-PS1m p.a.), footway slurry sealing (~PS200k p.a.), asphalt preservation and in-situ recycling. Typical project values: PS50k-PS1m.
Carriageway SurfacingPlaning and resurfacing, full-width surfacing, ironwork adjustments, Patching. Typical project values: PS100k-PS2.5m.
Lining / Anti-skid / Coloured SurfacingRoad markings, high-friction surfacing, coloured surfacing and cycle lane treatments. Typical project values: PS5k-PS50k.
Street LightingColumn and lantern replacement, LED upgrades, cabling and feeder pillars. Typical project values: o One-off column replacement (side street incl. TM): ~PS1.2k o One-off column replacement (main road incl. TM): ~PS2.0k o Small replacement schemes (10 columns): ~PS12k-PS20k o Large replacement schemes (130 columns): ~PS260k
