Lot Information

Minor and Reactive Maintenance

Dropped crossings (batch delivery), drainage works (routine and urgent), traffic calming, reactive patching and safety works. Typical project values: PS10k-PS250k.

Preventive Maintenance

Surface dressing (PS750k-PS1m p.a.), footway slurry sealing (~PS200k p.a.), asphalt preservation and in-situ recycling. Typical project values: PS50k-PS1m.

Carriageway Surfacing

Planing and resurfacing, full-width surfacing, ironwork adjustments, Patching. Typical project values: PS100k-PS2.5m.

Lining / Anti-skid / Coloured Surfacing

Road markings, high-friction surfacing, coloured surfacing and cycle lane treatments. Typical project values: PS5k-PS50k.

Street Lighting

Highway Structures over PS750k

Typical project values: PS750k-PS5m+. Major refurbishments, strengthening works and bridge replacement schemes.

Coring
